Marvin's Detail Shop provides professional automotive interior cleaning and restoration services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior deep cleaning and vacuuming
  • Leather restoration and conditioning
  • Fabric protection treatments
  • Pet hair removal services
  • Stain treatment and removal
  • Complete interior detailing packages

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled without penalty

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments
  • Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual condition and requirements
  • Additional services requested during the appointment will be charged accordingly
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes
  • Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best service experience, customers are responsible for:

  • Removing all personal items, valuables, and loose objects from the vehicle
  • Providing accurate information about vehicle condition and specific concerns
  • Ensuring vehicle accessibility and providing necessary keys or access codes
  • Disclosing any known allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products
  • Providing a safe and accessible work environment
  • Being present or available during the scheduled service time

Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Results Disclaimer

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage. Some conditions may be permanent or require specialized treatment beyond our standard services.

Pre-existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in vehicle interiors. Any such conditions will be noted before service begins.

Material Compatibility

We use professional-grade products suitable for most automotive materials. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all aftermarket treatments, modifications, or exotic materials.

Liability and Insurance

Marvin's Detail Shop carries appropriate business insurance and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, our liability is limited as follows:

  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the service provided
  • We are not responsible for items left in vehicles or damage to items not properly secured
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Customer's vehicle insurance remains primary coverage for any incidents

Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
  • We will assess the concern and provide appropriate resolution
  • Resolution may include re-service, partial refund, or other mutually agreed solution
  • Our satisfaction policy does not apply to unrealistic expectations or pre-existing conditions

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Marvin's Detail Shop and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection
